Our Guarantee
Eucalyptus didjeridus have a five year guarantee. We do all we can to ensure that you will not have any problems with your instrument. These are living breathing and moving pieces of wood and sometimes because of climate change or circumstances beyond any of our control the didj cracks. If this happens, we will fix or replace it free of charge.
Bamboo didjeridus have a 6 month replacement guarantee.
Our didj bags have a one year guarantee on any manufacturing defects.
We also offer a 15 day exchange policy for any didjeridu that is bought on line or over the phone. We will split all the shipping costs associated with this exchange. The didjeridu must be returned to us in the condition in which it left. We understand that it is a difficult thing to buy an instrument with out being able to touch or play or feel it out first. This policy gives you the extra security and trust to know that we will get you the right instrument. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
